All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package and product.

For glass jar products, we recommend checking the package immediately upon delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout. NutriQuest will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
